Shipping Information
We offer free delivery on all orders over £30,01. Orders under £30,01 will have a £3.99 delivery charge.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days, subject to stock availability. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.
- Deliveries to rural areas may take longer than usual.
- We currently ship within the UK only. If you are located outside the UK, please contact us, and we will assist you where possible.
- If you do not receive your order within 20 business days, please contact us via email.
- If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, as some products may be stored in different warehouses.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. Volar cannot be held responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect details. If you notice an error, contact us immediately with your order number—we can update your address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can assist you. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this timeframe, but we will do our best to help.
For lost parcels, please get in touch if your order has not arrived within 20 business days.
