Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £30,01.
Orders under £30,01 will incur a £3.99 delivery charge.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days, subject to stock availability. If there are any delays, you will be notified via email.
Deliveries to rural areas may take longer than usual.
We currently ship within the UK only. If you're outside the UK, please contact us, and we will assist you where possible.
If you do not receive your order within 20 business days, please contact us via email.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect details. If you notice an error, contact us immediately with your order number—we can amend it as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, as some products may be stored in different warehouses.
Returns
We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. This is non-refundable.
- Please contact us before returning an item—once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the returns address.
- We highly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as Volar cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
- Items must be returned within 5 days of initiating the return.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can assist you. We are not liable for damages reported after this period, but we will do our best to help.
